كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك
تحترم الساحل والصحراء للتجهيزات الأمنية خصوصيتك. إذا تواصلت معنا عبر موقعنا أو عبر فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو واتساب أو أي تطبيق مرتبط بنا، يمكنك أن تطلب حذف جميع بياناتك الشخصية لدينا في أي وقت.
الطريقة 1: أرسل لنا طلب حذف
- أرسل رسالة بريد إلكتروني إلى info@sahelsahra.ly بعنوان: Data Deletion Request (طلب حذف البيانات).
- اكتب في الرسالة اسمك، ورقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني، واسم حسابك على فيسبوك أو إنستغرام إن تواصلت معنا من خلاله، حتى نتمكن من العثور على بياناتك.
- سنؤكد استلام طلبك، ونقوم بحذف بياناتك خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا، ثم نرسل لك تأكيدًا بإتمام الحذف.

الطريقة 2: إزالة صلاحيات التطبيق من فيسبوك
إذا سجّلت الدخول أو تفاعلت معنا عبر تطبيق مرتبط بحسابك على فيسبوك، يمكنك إزالة صلاحياته بنفسك:
- افتح فيسبوك وانتقل إلى الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات.
- اختر التطبيقات ومواقع الويب.
- ابحث عن تطبيقنا، ثم اضغط إزالة.
بعد إزالة التطبيق، يمكنك إرسال طلب الحذف بالطريقة 1 لحذف أي بيانات استلمناها سابقًا.
ما الذي يتم حذفه
- اسمك وبيانات التواصل الخاصة بك (الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني).
- الرسائل والطلبات التي أرسلتها إلينا.
- أي معلومات حصلنا عليها من حسابك على فيسبوك أو إنستغرام.
قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات فقط إذا كان القانون يُلزمنا بذلك (مثل الفواتير)، وفي هذه الحالة لن تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر. لمزيد من المعلومات راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
How to request deletion of your data
Sahel Wa Sahra Security Equipment respects your privacy. If you have contacted us through our website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or any app connected to us, you can ask us to delete all of your personal data at any time.
Option 1: Send us a deletion request
- Email info@sahelsahra.ly with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include your name, your phone number or email address, and your Facebook or Instagram account name if you contacted us there, so we can locate your data.
- We will confirm receipt, delete your data within 30 days at the latest, and send you a confirmation once it is done.

Option 2: Remove the app from Facebook
If you logged in or interacted with us through an app connected to your Facebook account, you can remove its access yourself:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find our app and click Remove.
After removing the app, you can send a deletion request using Option 1 to delete any data we received previously.
What is deleted
- Your name and contact details (phone and email).
- Messages and requests you sent us.
- Any information we received from your Facebook or Instagram account.
We may keep certain records only where the law requires us to (for example, invoices), and they will not be used for any other purpose. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
